Is cash on delivery (COD) available on KSleep?
For purchase price above $500, you have the option of paying 50% deposit and the balance via Paynow to our UEN 200002163N / Filo Projects (Singapore) Pte Ltd upon delivery.

How do I determine which material for my bed frame?
There are many available types of customization and colours to choose from. Before the purchase, you might wish to enquire about which material to use via WhatsApp us at 8111 2699. After purchase, our sales consultant will confirm the material once again before proceeding with the order. Should you change your mind before the commencement of the order, we will do a refund or request for you to top-up the extra depending on the price difference.
Haven't heard of KSleep before. Is it good?
We are a local brand that has been working on delivering mattresses and bed frames on a project basis. We also do OEM for others. We have only started marketing this brand recently as we see a demand for affordable, yet quality mattresses with premium features.

How long will I receive my delivery?
Within 5 working days for the mattresses and 14 days for bedframes.
Can I change my order after it is placed?
We are unable to change your order once it is confirmed as we will be starting to make logistics arrangements.
Can I choose delivery timing slots?

Will I be notified prior to delivery?
